Trillium Woods LCS in Plymouth, MN is seeking a dedicated Janitor to maintain clean common areas and support a safe, pleasant living environment for residents.

This role offers daytime hours from 7:30 AM to 4:00 PM with a pay range of $19 to $21 per hour and a benefits package including medical, dental, vision, life and more.

Applicants must have a high school diploma or equivalent and be able to work seven days per week; pre-employment screening is required.

Qualifications

• High school education or equivalent required.
• Ability to understand and follow instructions in English and communicate effectively.
• Previous floor maintenance experience preferred but not required.
• Available seven (7) days per week for work schedule.

Responsibilities

• General cleaning of common areas.
• Picks up and removes trash and recycle from the Community.
• Maintains floors and carpets within the Community.
• Banquet and event set up.
• Maintains all equipment and supplies in proper condition.
• Attends in-service training and education sessions, as assigned.
• Performs specific work duties and responsibilities as assigned by supervisor.

Position Summary

The Janitor is responsible for general cleaning of common areas, trash and recycling disposal and major floor care projects.

Primary Responsibilities

• General cleaning of common areas.
• Picks up and removes trash and recycle from the Community.
• Maintains floors and carpets within the Community.
• Banquet and event set up.
• Maintains all equipment and supplies in proper condition.
• Attends in-service training and education sessions, as assigned.
• Performs specific work duties and responsibilities as assigned by supervisor.
