Job summary

Trillium Woods in Plymouth, MN is hiring a Janitor to perform general cleaning of common areas and manage trash and recycling. The role includes floor care, banquet setup, and maintaining equipment, with a schedule from 7:30 AM to 4:00 PM.

Qualifications

• High school education or equivalent required.

• All new hires must be able to pass our preemployment screening process, which includes a criminal background check, drug test, tuberculosis skin test and employment references as required by a licensed residential care facility.

Primary Responsibilities:

• General cleaning of common areas.


• Picks up and removes trash and recycle from the Community.


• Maintains floors and carpets within the Community.


• Banquet and event set up.


• Maintains all equipment and supplies in proper condition.


• Attends in-service training and education sessions, as assigned.


• Performs specific work duties and responsibilities as assigned by supervisor.
