TRG Management Company, LLLP is seeking a detail-oriented Housekeeper for our multifamily communities in Florida. You will maintain cleanliness of common areas, leasing offices, and model units, while also preparing vacant homes for Move-In and supporting turnover cleaning.

A professional demeanor and ability to work independently are essential for delivering a welcoming environment for residents and guests.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
• Ability to follow written and verbal instructions.
• Strong attention to detail and cleanliness standards.

Responsibilities

• Clean and maintain all assigned common areas: lobbies, hallways, elevators, clubrooms, fitness centers, restrooms, leasing office, model units, pools and amenity areas.
• Vacuum, sweep, mop, dust, sanitize, and polish surfaces as needed.
• Clean windows, mirrors, glass doors, fixtures and other visible surfaces.
• Empty trash and recycling receptacles and ensure proper disposal.
• Maintain cleanliness of high-traffic areas throughout the day.
• Clean and prepare vacant apartment homes for move-in; assist with turnover cleaning.
• Identify and report maintenance issues observed during daily cleaning.
• Follow cleaning schedules, checklists, and property standards.
• Report safety concerns and maintain proper use of cleaning chemicals.

This position plays an important role in creating a clean, welcoming, and well-maintained environment for residents, prospects, guests, and team members.The ideal candidate is detail-oriented, dependable, professional, and takes pride in maintaining high standards of cleanliness.
