Job summary

Berger Communities in Williamsport, PA is hiring a full-time Housekeeper to maintain clean and welcoming apartment homes, common areas, and amenities across Lakeview, Rockledge Pointe, and Diamond Pointe communities.

The role requires dependable, hardworking, and detail-oriented individuals who take pride in visible results and daily activity. Schedule is Monday–Friday, 8:00 AM–5:00 PM, with competitive hourly pay and benefits starting after 30 days.

Qualifications

• Dependable, hardworking, and detail-oriented.
• Willing to perform cleaning of apartments, common areas, and offices.
• Able to work Monday–Friday, 8:00 AM–5:00 PM.

Responsibilities

• Clean apartment homes during turnover and move-in preparation.
• Clean common areas, including hallways, lobbies, stairways, leasing offices, community rooms, fitness areas, restrooms, and other shared spaces.
• Sweep, scrub, mop, and vacuum floors.
• Clean carpets, rugs, upholstered furniture, windows, walls, and woodwork.
• Dust and polish furniture, equipment, and window blinds.
• Disinfect fitness equipment and other frequently used surfaces.
• Collect and properly dispose of trash.
• Replace light bulbs and fixture components as needed.
• Use cleaning tools, equipment, and chemicals safely.
• Report property damage, missing items, or concerns to the Service Manager.
• Assist the maintenance team with apartment turnovers and other tasks as needed

Berger Communities is hiring a Housekeeper for Lakeview, Rockledge Pointe, and Diamond Pointe Apartments, in Williamsport, PA! We’re looking for someone dependable, hardworking, and detail-oriented to help keep our community clean, comfortable, and welcoming.
