Summary

Under supervision, perform duties to clean/sanitize and supply patient rooms, wards, nursing stations, lounges, lavatories, bathrooms, offices, and other functions as assigned by the housekeeping manager. Focus on customer satisfaction, human relations, innovation, and service excellence in accordance with hospital policies and standards.

Responsibilities

• Provide a clean, sanitary, and comfortable environment for patients, employees, and visitors.
• Clean beds, dry mop and wash floors, high and low dusting, clean restrooms, glass, wash walls, pickup spills, deliver and distribute laundry, remove trash, vacuum, strip and wax floors, shampoo rugs, burnish floors, assist with emergency spills, maintain equipment, report repairs, and other duties as assigned.

Minimum Qualifications

Minimum of two years of housekeeping experience.
