Frankfort Regional Medical Center Environmental Services II Hospitality Associate role focuses on maintaining clean, safe hospital areas while following sanitation standards and using supplies properly to support a respectful care environment.

This position emphasizes reliability, attention to detail, and collaboration with supervisors to identify areas for improvement in patient experience. Prior housekeeping or healthcare experience is preferred, with a high school diploma or equivalent.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of experience in healthcare Preferred
• 2+ years of experience in housekeeping or service related field Preferred

Job Summary And Qualifications

The Environmental Services II Hospitality Associate is responsible for cleaning areas of the facility in accordance with expectations of the centre’s leadership team.

What you will do in this role:

• Adhere to expectations around safety and sanitation.
• Maintain and adhere to Environmental Service uniform and personal appearance standards at all time
• Report all hazards and unsafe work conditions.
• Collaborate with leadership with recommendations for patient experience improvement.
• Identify under-serviced and/or unserviced areas and how services can be provided.
• Adapt cleaning processes to add efficiency and effectiveness around the center.
• Correctly utilize all supplies and resources at all times to eliminate waste.

What qualifications you will need:

• High School Graduate or Equivalent. Preferred
• 2 + years of experience in healthcare Preferred
• 2 + years of experience in housekeeping or service related field Preferred
