TriStar Centennial Medical Center in Nashville is seeking an Environmental Services II Hospitality Associate to support a clean, safe hospital environment. You will follow safety standards, maintain uniforms, and work with leadership to improve patient experience.

The role emphasizes teamwork, efficiency, and attentive service, with opportunities to contribute to facility-wide cleaning initiatives and waste reduction while adhering to center policies.

Qualifications

• High School Graduate or Equivalent (preferred).
• 2+ years of experience in healthcare (preferred).
• 2+ years of experience in housekeeping or service-related field (preferred).

Responsibilities

• Adhere to safety and sanitation expectations.
• Maintain Environmental Service uniform and personal appearance standards at all times.
• Report hazards and unsafe conditions.
• Collaborate with leadership with recommendations for patient experience improvement.
• Identify under-serviced areas and how services can be provided.
• Adapt cleaning processes to improve efficiency and effectiveness.
• Use supplies and resources correctly to eliminate waste.

Job Summary And Qualifications

The Environmental Services II Hospitality Associate is responsible for cleaning areas of the facility in accordance with expectations of the center’s leadership team.

What you will do in this role:

• Adhere to expectations around safety and sanitation.
• Maintain and adhere to Environmental Service uniform and personal appearance standards at all time
• Report all hazards and unsafe work conditions.
• Collaborate with leadership with recommendations for patient experience improvement.
• Identify under-serviced and/or unserviced areas and how services can be provided.
• Adapt cleaning processes to add efficiency and effectiveness around the center.
• Correctly utilize all supplies and resources at all times to eliminate waste.

What qualifications you will need:

• High School Graduate or Equivalent. Preferred
• 2 + years of experience in healthcare Preferred
• 2 + years of experience in housekeeping or service related field Preferred
