Job summary

Mission Hospital in Asheville, North Carolina, part of Mission Health and the HCA Healthcare family, seeks an Environmental Services I Hospitality Associate to clean facility areas per leadership expectations.

The role emphasizes safety, sanitation, adherence to uniforms, and collaboration with leadership to improve patient experience while identifying service gaps and reducing waste in daily operations.

Qualifications

• High School Graduate or Equivalent (Preferred)
• 1+ years of experience in healthcare (Preferred)
• 1+ years of experience in housekeeping or service-related field (Preferred)

Job Summary And Qualifications

The Environmental Services I Hospitality Associate is responsible for cleaning areas of the facility in accordance with expectations of the center’s leadership team.

What you will do in this role:

• Report all hazards and unsafe work conditions.
• Collaborate with leadership with recommendations for patient experience improvement.
