Job summary

The Mary Lanning Memorial Hospital Association in Countryside Parks, Nebraska, is seeking a full-time Housekeeper I to perform the standard functions of the Environmental Services department while supporting Mary Lanning values.

Hours are 3 p.m. to 11:30 p.m., with every other weekend and every other holiday. The position emphasizes teamwork, organization, and meticulous attention to detail.

Responsibilities

• Maintain knowledge of cleaning chemicals, supplies and equipment.
• Cleans/disinfects occupied patient rooms (and upon dismissals), patient restrooms, treatment rooms, etc.
• Removes soiled linen from occupied patient rooms.
• Cleans/disinfects patient equipment such as wheelchairs, floor carts, I.V. pumps, etc.
• Empties trash and vacuums carpet using proper equipment.
• Cleans public areas, staff areas, and areas impacted by spills or stains.
• Other duties as assigned.

Responsibilities

• Maintaining a working knowledge of cleaning chemicals, supplies and equipment.
• Cleans/disinfects occupied patient rooms (and upon dismissals), patient restrooms, treatment rooms, etc.
• Removes soiled linen from occupied patient rooms.
• Cleans/disinfects patient equipment such as wheelchairs, floor carts, I.V. pumps, etc.
