Job description

The Housekeeper is responsible for maintaining cleanliness within the facility, including resident/patient rooms, public and resident restrooms, and shower and bathing areas by following policies/procedures and infection control guidelines. The job includes completing resident discharges and preparing rooms for the next admission, ensuring all areas are properly stocked with items such as soap, paper towels, and toilet paper, and operating and caring for all housekeeping equipment including vacuums, housekeeping carts, carpet cleaning machines, and more.

Qualifications Preferred

• High School diploma or equivalent.
• Experience in a healthcare setting.
