Job summary

The Springs at Clackamas Woods, operated by The Springs Living, LLC, is seeking a Full Time Housekeeper. The role combines warm, courteous resident interactions with precise cleaning of resident apartments and common areas to meet scheduled needs.

Responsibilities include maintaining neat housekeeping carts, reporting equipment concerns, and supporting the team under supervision. A Monday–Friday, 7:00am–3:30pm schedule is provided along with benefits and training opportunities.

Job Description

The Springs at Clackamas Woods seeks a Full Time Housekeeper with the perfect blend of personal warmth and technical skills.

Responsibilities

• Courteous and professional interactions with residents, families, employees, potential residents/families and outside the community.
• Cleans resident apartments, common areas, and offices according to schedule.
• Maintains housekeeping carts and closets in a neat and organized fashion.
• Promptly reports any concerns regarding safe and proper functioning of equipment to supervisor.
• Performs other duties as assigned by supervisor.

Schedule

Full Time set schedule Monday - Friday 7:00am - 3:30pm

Qualifications

• 18 years of age
• Physical Demands and Requirements: Maintain ability to lift 50 pounds; to stand or walk throughout the vast majority of the workday; and to frequently push, pull, bend, twist, and reach
• Must have sufficient manual dexterity to work with the fingers and to reach/handle items.
• Must also be able to walk throughout campus on frequent basis for extended periods of time. (Up to seven hours)
• Involves light to heavy physical activity performing non-strenuous and strenuous daily activities.
• Ability to pass a drug screen and background check
