Job summary

The Springs Living, LLC is seeking a compassionate Housekeeper for The Springs at Greer Gardens in Eugene, Oregon. Join a company dedicated to meaningful senior living and a culture that promotes from within.

You will build relationships with residents, perform regular and deep cleans of apartments and common areas, keep carts organized, and report equipment concerns promptly. The role emphasizes warmth, respect, and teamwork in a supportive environment.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 18 years old
• Physical ability to lift 50 pounds; stand or walk most of the day; frequently push, pull, bend, twist, and reach
• Sufficient manual dexterity to handle items
• Involves light to heavy physical activity performing daily tasks

Responsibilities

• Engage with residents by building relationships to understand how we can best serve them
• Provide courteous and professional interactions with residents, families, staff, and visitors
• Weekly cleans of resident apartments, common areas, and offices per schedule
• Deep cleans of resident apartments and common areas per schedule
• Maintain housekeeping carts and closets in a neat, organized fashion
• Report safety or equipment concerns to your supervisor promptly

The Springs at Greer Gardens seeks a Housekeeper with a blend of personal warmth and technical skills. We are looking to hire immediately for this position.

Responsibilities

• Engaging and getting to know the residents that we serve by building relationships and working with them to understand how we can best serve them.
• Courteous and professional interactions with residents, families, employees, potential residents/families and outside the community.
• Weekly cleans resident apartments, common areas, and offices according to schedule.
• Deep cleans resident apartments and common areas according to schedule.
• Maintains housekeeping carts and closets in a neat and organized fashion.
• Promptly reports any concerns regarding safe and proper functioning of equipment to supervisor.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 18 years old
• Physical Requirements: Maintain ability to lift 50 pounds; to stand or walk throughout the vast majority of the work day; and to frequently push, pull, bend, twist, and reach
• Must have sufficient manual dexterity to work with the fingers and to reach/handle items.
• Involves light to heavy physical activity performing non-strenuous and strenuous daily activities.
