We are hiring immediately for full-time and part-time HOUSEKEEPER positions at HSHS St Anthony's Memorial Hospital, located at 503 North Maple Street, Effingham, IL 62401. Online applications are accepted only.

Schedule: Full-time and part-time schedules. Days and hours may vary; weekends are required. More details will be provided during the interview.

Requirements: Previous housekeeping experience is preferred but not required.

Pay Range: $15.00 to $16.00 per hour.

Job Summary

Performs light cleaning duties to maintain establishments such as hospitals, including making beds, replenishing linens, cleaning rooms and halls, and vacuuming.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities

• Providing quality customer service with attention to detail.
• Sweeping, scrubbing, mopping, and polishing floors.
• Vacuuming carpets and draperies.
• Shampooing carpets and upholstery.
• Dusting and polishing furniture and fixtures.
• Cleaning metal fixtures, trash containers, wash basins, mirrors, tubs, and showers.
• Making beds, changing linens, and realigning furniture.
• Responding to guest queries and housekeeping issues.
• Contributing to team efforts and exhibiting professionalism.
