Position: Ambulatory Services Housekeeper
Location: MUSC - 1315 Roberts Street, Camden, SC 29020 & Elguin, SC area
Schedule: Full-time and part-time; Monday through Friday, hours may vary. More details upon interview.
Pay Rate: $14.00 per hour

Job Summary

Perform specialized cleaning duties to disinfect ambulatory healthcare facilities, including restrooms, patient areas, exam rooms, and other specialty areas.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities

• Disinfect surfaces with provided chemicals.
• Dust and polish furniture, vents, window sills, and ledges.
• Clean reception glass and entrance windows.
• Move and realign chairs, waste bins, equipment, and other items for cleaning.
• Clean floors through sweeping, mopping, vacuuming, and carpet/upholstery spot cleaning.
• Collect and dispose of trash and biohazardous waste, perform routine cleaning of waste containers.
• Replenish supplies such as soap, sanitizer, paper towels, and toilet paper.
• Maintain cleaning equipment and tools in good condition.
• Work with alarm systems to arm/disarm.
• Perform other duties as assigned.

• Ability to lift up to 50 pounds.
