Dayton Children's Hospital is seeking a Housekeeper on the Environmental Services team for the 2nd shift. You will perform terminal cleaning of rooms after discharge and maintain cleanliness of nursing units, surgical areas, offices, labs, waiting areas and restrooms.
The role requires 0–3 years of experience (GED/high school diploma preferred). Shift is 4:30 PM to 1:00 AM with rotating weekends and holidays. Training provided on cleaning chemicals and safety.
The Housekeeper performs terminal cleaning of rooms after patients are discharged. The Housekeeper also cleans nursing units, surgical areas, offices, labs, waiting areas and public restrooms. Job duties may include making beds, emptying trash, wiping equipment, cleaning furniture, polishing floors, vacuuming carpets, cleaning restrooms, laundering hospital linen, daily inspection and inventory of housekeeping equipment and other assorted duties.

Shift: 4:30PM - 1:00AM, rotating weekends and holidays.
GED/High School diploma preferred
