We are hiring immediately for a full-time HOUSEKEEPER position.

Location: Guadalupe Regional Medical Center - 1215 East Court Street, Seguin, TX 78155. Note: online applications accepted only.

Schedule: Full-time, Monday - Friday, rotating weekends and holidays. 4:00 pm - 12:30 am. More details upon interview.

Requirement: Previous housekeeping experience in a healthcare setting preferred.

Job Summary

Summary: Performs light cleaning duties to maintain establishments including hospitals, hotels, and restaurants. Responsibilities include making beds, replenishing linens, cleaning rooms and halls, and vacuuming.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

• Provides quality customer service with attention to detail.
• Sweeps, scrubs, mops, and polishes floors.
• Vacuum carpets, rugs, and draperies.
• Shampoos carpets, rugs, and upholstery.
• Dusts and polishes furniture and fittings.
• Cleans metal fixtures and fittings.
• Empties and cleans trash containers.
• Disposes of trash in a sanitary manner.
• Cleans wash basins, mirrors, tubs, and showers.
• Wipes down glass surfaces.
• Makes up beds and changes linens as required.
• Realigns furniture and amenities as per layout.
• Responds to guest queries and requests.
• Handles housekeeping issues like spills and broken glasses.
• Contributes to team efforts with professionalism.
• Performs other duties as assigned.
