Job summary

Montage Mason is seeking a dedicated Housekeeper to help maintain a clean, safe, and welcoming environment for residents in our luxury Memory Care and Assisted Living community in Mason, Ohio. You will clean assigned areas thoroughly while following infection control protocols and facility procedures, contributing to resident well-being.

This role offers starting pay of $16 per hour with scheduling as needed, including AM/PM shifts and weekends.

Qualifications

• Background check, drug screen and physical required.
• Ability to maintain cleanliness and sanitation.
• Strong attention to detail.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• 16 years or older.
• Previous experience in a similar role preferred, but not required.

As a Housekeeper, you’ll play an essential role in maintaining the highest standards of cleanliness and sanitation throughout the community. You’ll be responsible for the organized, consistent, and thorough cleaning of assigned areas while following infection control protocols and facility procedures. This role is ideal for someone who takes pride in their work, pays close attention to detail, and understands the importance of cleanliness in supporting resident well-being. You’ll work closely with the Housekeeping team and leadership to ensure all spaces are safe, attractive, and welcoming for residents, families, and guests.

Pay: Starting at $16/hr, based on years of experience.

Schedule: As needed, AM/PM and weekend availability required.
