Job summary

Frederick Living is seeking a Housekeeper to perform cleaning and related tasks to support residents in a compassionate, purpose-driven community. The role operates Monday through Friday, 7:00am-3:30pm, with some holidays and weekends, and includes benefits such as health insurance and PTO.

No prior experience is required as on-the-job training will be provided, and candidates should demonstrate respect, integrity, compassion, and excellence while helping residents maintain independence and

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• Ability to follow written instructions.
• No experience necessary, but on-the-job training provided.

Responsibilities

• Perform cleaning procedures in accordance with Frederick Living policy.
• Observe waste disposal and recycling procedures in accordance with Frederick Living policy.
• Assist in the proper care and use of housekeeping equipment.
• Identify and report any equipment malfunction to supervisor.
• Report any observed area in poor repair to supervisor.
• Dispense soap, paper and housekeeping supplies as necessary.
• Follow infection control procedures in accordance with Frederick Living policy.
• Attend in-service programs, complete assigned online courses.
• Follow and maintain the Q.A. program as defined by supervisor.
• Record daily resident interactions when performing duties in Cedarwood.
• Abide by the organization’s code of conduct in the performance of duties.
• Perform other related duties as required.
