Job summary

LifeSpire of Virginia seeks a full-time Housekeeper to help maintain clean and safe resident spaces on-site. The role supports infectious control and safety practices while collaborating with teams across the facility.

The schedule is 7:30 AM to 4:30 PM, Monday through Friday, with a mission to empower residents through a clean, welcoming environment. The ideal candidate will follow written and verbal directions, be capable of multi-tasking, and use a computer for logs and records.

Qualifications

• Ability to read, write, and follow written and verbal directions.
• Ability to work with a team independently and multi-task.
• Ability to use a computer.
• Valid driver's license may be required.

Responsibilities

• Visually inspects and cleans resident living spaces, nurses’ stations, common areas, lounges and break rooms, and offices according to established procedures.
• Maintains supplies of cleaning equipment and materials.
• Maintains appropriate logs and records in a timely and accurate fashion.

Essential Duties & Responsibilities

• Visually inspects and cleans, according to established procedures, resident living spaces,nurses’ stations, resident and team member common areas, lounges and break rooms, utility, treatment, therapy and workrooms and offices, corridors, elevators, stairways, and entrances.
• Maintains supplies of cleaning equipment and materials
• Maintains appropriate logs and records in a timely and accurate fashion
