We are hiring immediately for a full-time HOUSEKEEPER position.

Address: Ascension St Joseph Hospital - 5000 West Chamber Street, Milwaukee, WI 53210

Schedule: Full-time, 2nd shift 3:00 pm to 11:30 pm. Days may vary; alternating weekends and holidays. More details upon interview.

Requirement: 1 year of housekeeping experience preferred.

Pay Rate: $16.00 per hour

Job Summary

Performs light cleaning duties to maintain establishments, including making beds, replenishing linens, cleaning rooms and halls, and vacuuming.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities

• Provide quality customer service with attention to detail.
• Sweep, scrub, mop, and polish floors.
• Vacuum carpets, rugs, and draperies.
• Shampoo carpets, rugs, and upholstery.
• Dust and polish furniture and fittings.
• Clean metal fixtures and fittings.
• Empty and clean trash containers.
• Dispose of trash hygienically.
• Clean wash basins, mirrors, tubs, and showers.
• Wipe down glass surfaces.
• Make beds and change linens as needed.
• Realign furniture and amenities per layout.
• Respond to guest queries and housekeeping requests.
• Contribute to team efforts with professionalism.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
