Responsibilities

• Ensure that common areas, including guest restrooms, are clean, neat, and odor-free.
• Assist with other duties as assigned.
• Maintain an organized housekeeping cart with all needed items.

Additional Cleaning Tasks

Ensure that residents' rooms and common areas are cleaned according to schedule, including:

• Vacuuming carpeted areas
• Dusting furniture, handrails, and pictures
• Cleaning glass surfaces and doors
• Vacuuming upholstery
• Disinfecting bathrooms and utility bins
• Organizing laundry and storage areas

Regulatory Compliance and Sanitation

• Follow OSHA, SDS, and residence policies.
• Store supplies safely to prevent injuries.
• Properly dispose of soiled linens and clothing, and store hazardous cleaning products correctly.

Physical Requirements

Perform key physical tasks for extended periods, using proper body mechanics:

• Stand/walk up to 8 hours
• Sit up to 2 hours
• Support up to 70 pounds frequently
• Lift/carry up to 50 pounds frequently
• Kneel, bend, and reach regularly
