Job summary

QSL Management is seeking a Housekeeper for The Blake at Bossier City to maintain a clean, safe environment for residents and staff. The role requires routine cleaning of rooms and common areas, proper handling of chemicals, and adherence to safety procedures.

The ideal candidate has a caring attitude, a high school diploma or GED, and previous housekeeping experience. Flexibility to work weekends and holidays is expected to support our senior living community.

Qualifications

• Must have a caring heart and willingness to serve others.
• High School Diploma/GED Equivalent.
• Previous housekeeping experience preferred.
• Desire to work with seniors required.
• Must be able to work flexible schedule; including weekends and holidays as scheduled.

Responsibilities

• Maintain the facility in a clean, safe and sanitary condition.
• Perform routine cleaning of resident rooms, offices, clinical areas, waiting areas, lobbies, rest rooms, corridors, elevators and stairways.
• Use appropriate chemicals and supplies according to procedure and state requirements.
• Use and maintain equipment properly, transports trash and hazardous waste to disposal area and replenishes supplies as required.

Primary Responsibilities of the Housekeeper:

• Responsible for to assuring that the facility is maintained in a clean, safe and sanitary manner.
• Performs routine cleaning of resident rooms, offices, clinical areas, waiting areas, lobbies, lounges, rest rooms, corridors, elevators and stairways.
