Job summary

QSL Management is seeking a dedicated Housekeeper for The Blake at Charlottesville to maintain a clean, safe, and welcoming environment for residents and staff.

You will perform routine cleaning of resident rooms, offices, corridors and common areas, following state requirements and using approved chemicals.

Qualifications

• Must have a caring heart and willingness to serve others.
• High School Diploma/GED Equivalent.
• Previous housekeeping experience preferred.
• Desire to work with seniors required.
• Must be able to work flexible schedule; including weekends and holidays as scheduled

Responsibilities

• Responsible for to assuring that the facility is maintained in a clean, safe and sanitary manner.
• Performs routine cleaning of resident rooms, offices, clinical areas, waiting areas, lobbies, rest rooms, corridors, elevators and stairways.
• Utilizes the appropriate chemicals and supplies according to procedure and state requirements
• Uses and maintains equipment properly, transports trash and hazardous waste to appropriate disposal area and replenishes supplies as required.

Primary Responsibilities of the Housekeeper:
