Job summary

Drury Plaza Hotel Milwaukee is hiring full-time and part-time housekeepers. You’ll maintain clean guest rooms, assist guests, and help with laundry and public spaces while upholding brand standards. Flexible scheduling, incentives, and benefits support a balanced life.

Experience isn’t required; two years of high school or equivalent is expected. True hospitality comes from a positive attitude and reliable teamwork with a Service +1 mindset.

Qualifications

• Knowledge of cleaning procedures and supplies.
• Ability to work without direct supervision.
• Positive, proactive attitude and strong customer service.
• Capable of lifting 25–35 lbs intermittently.

Responsibilities

• Perform hotel cleaning services to keep guest rooms presentable.
• Inspect rooms for maintenance needs and report issues.
• Assist guests with linens, amenities, or information upon request.
• Support laundry and public spaces as needed.
• Provide friendly service with a Service +1 attitude.
