White Lodging seeks a dedicated Housekeeper to maintain clean guest rooms and public areas at Springhill Suites Milwaukee Downtown.

You will ensure high cleanliness standards, stock supplies, and report room status to supervisors while providing friendly guest service in a fast-paced hotel environment.

Position Information

Location: Springhill Suites Milwaukee Downtown

Summary:Efficiently clean and supply guestrooms, ensuring excellent guest service and high levels of cleanliness.

As a Housekeeper, you will help create a welcoming environment by ensuring guest rooms and common areas are clean, sanitary, and sparkling.

What You’ll Do

• Provide the highest quality of service to guests by anticipating and exceeding their expectations.
• Ensure guest rooms and bathrooms are clean, sanitary, and sparkling.
• Strip dirty linen and trash, clean bathrooms, make beds, dust, vacuum, and restock rooms.
• Clean, organize, and restock the housekeeping cart.
• Self-inspect rooms and submit room status reports to Supervisor upon completion.
• Practice safety standards at all times and help maintain a safe property for guests and associates.
• Perform other duties as assigned.

• Prior cleaning experience (one year preferred but not required).
• Completion of training with certification sign-off.
• Ability to lift, carry, or move up to 10 lbs. regularly and 25 lbs. occasionally.
• Willingness to stand and move quickly for long periods of time, with flexibility to work flexible hours, weekends, and holidays as business needs require.
