Job summary

Drury Hotels is hiring a hotel housekeeping associate to help create welcoming experiences for guests. You will perform cleaning duties, ensure tidy rooms, restock supplies, and respond to guest needs with a friendly, Service +1 attitude.

Qualifications

• Education equivalent to completion of 2 years of high school.
• Previous cleaning experience is helpful but not required.
• Ability to walk and stand for the full shift.
• Must be able to lift 25–35 pounds intermittently.

Responsibilities

• Maintain a clean and positive environment for guests and team members.
• Ensure exceptional experiences for guests and team members.
• Perform a variety of hotel cleaning services to keep rooms clean.
• Inspect rooms visually to identify maintenance needs.
• Assist guests by providing linens, towels, amenities, or information as requested.
• Provide friendly, courteous service with a Service +1 attitude.
• Work on a team with other friendly, customer-focused members.
