Job summary

Rogue Valley Manor, a senior life plan community in Southern Oregon, seeks a dedicated Housekeeper to maintain clean, safe, and welcoming spaces for residents, guests, and staff. You will clean resident apartments, common areas, and assigned spaces, and take on deep cleaning and special projects while following safety procedures.

Previous housekeeping experience is preferred; knowledge of cleaning products and equipment is essential.

Qualifications

• Previous experience in housekeeping or related field preferred.
• Knowledge of cleaning products, equipment and safety practices.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to maintain high cleanliness standards.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Friendly, professional demeanor with residents and staff.

Responsibilities

• Provide routine housekeeping throughout the community, including cleaning resident apartments, common areas, and assigned spaces.
• Perform deep cleaning and special projects while maintaining high standards of cleanliness and sanitation.
• Use cleaning equipment and supplies safely and effectively following established guidelines.
• Maintain organization and cleanliness of work areas while supporting a resident-focused environment.
• Follow safety procedures, respond appropriately during emergencies, and perform other duties as assigned.

We are seeking a Housekeeper to help maintain a clean, safe, and welcoming environment for residents, guests, and team members.

What You’ll Be Doing

• Provide routine housekeeping services throughout the community, including cleaning resident apartments, common areas, and assigned spaces.
• Perform deep cleaning and special projects while maintaining high standards of cleanliness and sanitation.
• Use cleaning equipment and supplies safely and effectively while following established guidelines and procedures.
• Maintain organization and cleanliness of work areas while supporting a positive, resident-focused environment.
• Follow safety procedures, respond appropriately during emergencies, and perform other duties as assigned.

Monday – Friday

• Previous experience in housekeeping, cleaning, or a related field preferred.
