Job summary

Rogue Valley Manor, a not-for-profit Life Plan Community in Southern Oregon, is seeking a dedicated Housekeeper to keep resident apartments, common areas, and spaces clean and welcoming.

The role emphasizes safety, attention to detail, and ability to work both independently and as part of a team to support residents and staff. Schedule is Monday–Friday, with benefits including insurance, PTO, and retirement plans.

Qualifications

• Previous experience in housekeeping or related field preferred.
• Knowledge of cleaning products, equipment, and safety practices.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to maintain high cleanliness standards.

Responsibilities

• Provide routine housekeeping services throughout the community, including cleaning resident apartments, common areas, and assigned spaces.
• Perform deep cleaning and special projects while maintaining high standards of cleanliness and sanitation.
• Use cleaning equipment and supplies safely and effectively while following established guidelines and procedures.
• Maintain organization and cleanliness of work areas while supporting a positive, resident-focused environment.
• Follow safety procedures, respond appropriately during emergencies, and perform other duties as assigned.

We are seeking a Housekeeper to help maintain a clean, safe, and welcoming environment for residents, guests, and team members.

What You’ll Be Doing
