Qualifications

Responsibilities

We’re seeking a dependable Housekeeping Support Lead who enjoys helping others and keeping operations running smoothly. In this role, you’ll assist the Area Supervisor with daily tasks, fill in for the Housekeeping Manager when needed, and perform hands‑on housekeeping duties that support a clean and comfortable environment for all.

Your Impact

• Provide daily support to ensure housekeeping tasks are completed efficiently
• Offer leadership coverage during manager absences
• Carry out housekeeping responsibilities with care and attention to detail

Some key responsibilities include

• Assist in implementing established departmental policies and procedures, objectives, quality assurance program, safety, environmental, and infection control standards.
• Inspect and survey for compliance with departmental housekeeping and cleanliness standards with proper documentation.
• Assist Environmental Service Supervisor with staff assignments and work scheduling.
• Provide input for Environmental Service staff evaluations, as needed.
• Demonstrate component and safe use of cleaning materials/equipment, and explains methods of cleaning to ensure the most efficient and economical use of materials and staff.
• Participate in applicable/related educational programs.

Qualifications

• High school or G.E.D preferred.
• One to three years experience in healthcare housekeeping.
• Good communication skills
