We are hiring a Full-Time Housekeeper (Environmental Services Technician) in Boise. This role involves working on the swing shift (Monday - Friday, 5pm-1:30am, with every other weekend) at our Regional Medical Center near I-184 and Curtis Rd.
As a Housekeeper, you will contribute to a positive patient and family experience by maintaining cleanliness and disinfecting various hospital areas to promote infection control and safety. Responsibilities include preparing patient rooms, replenishing supplies, cleaning floors, making beds, and handling medical-related waste. You may also perform additional projects like carpet and refrigerator cleaning.
Our ideal candidate is self-motivated, trainable, friendly, and able to maintain confidentiality. You should be knowledgeable about cleaning chemicals, adhere to safety standards, and be comfortable working around blood and bodily fluids with proper PPE. The role requires physical activity such as stooping, bending, kneeling, crouching, and twisting.
