Qualifications

• High school diploma required.
• Ability to perform cleaning tasks safely and efficiently.
• Comfortable working independently and as part of a team.

Responsibilities

• Keep resident rooms, common areas, offices, and other spaces clean and inviting.
• Vacuum, mop, dust, clean bathrooms, and maintain floors and surfaces.
• Empty trash and properly handle cleaning and soiled materials.
• Restock cleaning and restroom supplies.
• Follow safety, sanitation, and infection-prevention procedures.
• Use cleaning equipment and products safely and properly.
• Assist with laundry duties when scheduled.
• Report maintenance concerns or safety hazards to your supervisor.
• Interact respectfully and courteously with residents, families, visitors, and coworkers.
• Protect resident privacy, dignity, and personal belongings.

As a Housekeeper at Peter Becker Community, you’ll help create a clean, comfortable, and safe environment for our residents, families, visitors, and staff. Your work is an important part of the quality of life we provide to the people who call Peter Becker home.

What You’ll Do

• Keep resident rooms, common areas, offices, and other assigned spaces clean and inviting.
• Vacuum, mop, dust, clean bathrooms, and maintain floors and surfaces.
• Empty trash and properly handle cleaning and soiled materials.
• Restock cleaning and restroom supplies.
• Follow all safety, sanitation, and infection-prevention procedures.
• Use cleaning equipment and products safely and properly.
• Assist with laundry duties when scheduled, including washing, drying, folding, and distributing linens.
• Report maintenance concerns or safety hazards to your supervisor.
• Interact respectfully and courteously with residents, families, visitors, and coworkers.
• Protect resident privacy, dignity, and personal belongings.
• Help maintain the welcoming atmosphere that makes Peter Becker Community feel like home.

Your Schedule

• Regular schedule: 7:00 AM - 3:30 PM Monday - Friday
• Occasional laundry schedule: 6:00 AM - 2:30 PM
• One weekend every four weekends
