Cassia’s Newton Village in Newton, IA is seeking a Full-Time Housekeeper/Caregiver. The role runs 6:00 am to 2:00 pm and includes carpet/floor care, trash removal, minor cleaning tasks, and assisting residents with caregiving as needed.

No previous caregiver experience required—training is provided. Strong communication and reliability are valued to ensure top-quality resident care and a welcoming environment.

Qualifications

• Prior housekeeper experience preferred, but not required. We'll train you.
• Willingness to learn caregiver responsibilities and assist residents as needed.
• Strong communication and customer service skills.
• Ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment.
• Compassionate, dependable, and committed to providing excellent service to residents.

Responsibilities

• Provides carpet and floor care in resident rooms and common areas.
• Disposes of trash from common areas and resident rooms.
• Additional duties can include cleaning windows, moving and arranging furniture.
• Caregiver duties and assist with resident care needs when needed.
