Courtyard Marriott Downtown El Paso is seeking a dedicated Room Attendant to join our Housekeeping team. You will clean and maintain guest rooms according to Marriott standards, ensuring a clean, comfortable, and welcoming stay for guests.

The role requires attention to detail, reliability, and the ability to work in a fast-paced hotel environment. Training is available for the right candidate, and weekend/holiday availability is expected.

Qualifications

• Previous hotel or housekeeping experience is preferred, but we are willing to train the right candidate.
• Strong attention to detail is essential.

Responsibilities

• Clean and prepare guest rooms according to Marriott and hotel standards.
• Make beds and replace bed linens, towels, and other guest supplies.
• Thoroughly clean and sanitize bathrooms, floors, furniture, and other room areas.
• Dust, vacuum, sweep, and mop assigned guest rooms and areas.
• Restock amenities and supplies as needed.
• Inspect rooms to ensure they meet established cleanliness and presentation standards.
• Follow proper Lost & Found procedures.
• Maintain and properly use housekeeping equipment and cleaning supplies.
• Respect guest privacy and hotel property at all times.
• Respond courteously and professionally to guest requests.
