• We are hiring immediately for full-time and part-time HOUSEKEEPER - AMBULATORY SERVICES positions.
• Location: Broward Health Ambulatory - 1608 Southeast 3rd Avenue Suite 507, Fort Lauderdale, FL 33316. Note: online applications accepted only.
• Schedule: Full-time and part-time schedules. Monday through Friday, 5:00 pm to 10:00 pm; more details upon interview.
• Requirement: No experience necessary.
• Pay Rate: $14.00 per hour.

Job Summary

Performs specialized cleaning duties to disinfect ambulatory healthcare facilities, including restrooms, patient areas, exam rooms, procedure rooms, and specialty areas.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

• Disinfect surfaces with provided chemicals.
• Dust and polish furniture, fittings, vents, window sills, and ledges.
• Clean reception glass and entrance windows.
• Move chairs, waste bins, small equipment, scales, and other items for cleaning; realign items as per layout.
• Clean floors through sweeping, dusting, mopping, and vacuuming; perform carpet and upholstery spot cleaning.
• Collect and dispose of trash and biohazardous waste; perform routine cleaning of waste containers.
• Replenish soap, sanitizer, paper towels, toilet paper, trash bags, and other supplies.
• Maintain cleaning equipment, tools, and storage areas in an orderly condition.
• Work with alarm systems to arm and disarm.
• Perform other duties as assigned.

• Ability to lift up to 50 pounds.
