Position Objective

Responsible for maintaining cleanliness in assigned areas, including common areas, restrooms, entrances, elevators, walkways, windows, furniture, fixtures, stairs, chairs, tables, telephones, drinking fountains, and trash disposal. Multiple shifts and both full-time, part-time, and seasonal opportunities are available.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities

1. Perform basic cleaning duties in assigned areas.
2. Clean and sanitize restrooms, restocking supplies, emptying trash, cleaning fixtures, mirrors, and surfaces, sweeping, mopping, and spot cleaning.
3. Move and reposition furniture, vacuum, and replace trash liners.
4. Check and empty trash containers.
5. Dust, sweep, mop, vacuum, remove gum, and clean glass surfaces.
6. Handle spills, flooded areas, and related cleanup tasks.
7. Restock cleaning carts and closets at shift end.

Knowledge and Skill Requirements

1. Preferred experience in office or similar cleaning roles.
2. Strong communication skills.
3. Willingness to work assigned hours.
4. Reliability, punctuality, and trustworthiness.
5. Ability to work independently and in teams.
6. Flexibility to manage varying workloads.
7. Physical ability to perform bending, kneeling, lifting, reaching, and standing for extended periods.
