Job Summary

Summary: Supervises, trains, and inspects the performance of assigned housekeeping staff to ensure all procedures meet standards. Assists to provide excellent service to guests.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

• Provides quality service with attention to detail.
• Ensures staff report to work and documents attendance issues.
• Resolves guest complaints to ensure satisfaction.
• Manages shift call-offs and replacements.
• Coordinates staff breaks and distributes assignments.
• Assigns keys, radios, and beepers; maintains security records.
• Checks equipment and supplies, instructs staff on corrections.
• Inspects cleaning standards and assists staff to meet them.
• Conducts staff training and demonstrates professionalism.
• Performs other duties as assigned.
