As a Housekeeper/Laundry Aide, you will play a vital role in maintaining the cleanliness and organization of our facility, ensuring a positive experience for everyone who walks through our doors. You will play a vital role in maintaining a clean, comfortable, and hygienic setting for our residents—supporting their quality of life and everyday well-being.

Job Details

• Clean and disinfect resident rooms, bathrooms, dining areas, and common spaces daily
• Follow all infection prevention and control protocols in accordance with facility and regulatory standards
• Replenish supplies including soap, paper products, and cleaning materials
• Properly handle, transport, and dispose of waste and soiled materials
• Report maintenance or safety concerns promptly
• Collaborate with nursing and maintenance teams to ensure resident satisfaction
• Maintain cleaning equipment and ensure it is in safe working condition

Qualifications

• Previous housekeeping or janitorial experience preferred- but we are willing to invest in those new to the field
• Ability to work independently and follow structured cleaning schedules
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to cleanliness and safetyAbility to lift up to 25 lbs and stand for extended periods
