Job summary

Crown Point Health Campus, part of Casa Healthcare, is seeking a full-time Housekeeper/Laundry Aide (2-10 PM) to keep our facility clean, safe, and welcoming for residents and staff. As a Housekeeper/Laundry Aide, you will maintain cleanliness of resident rooms, bathrooms, dining areas and common spaces, follow infection prevention protocols, replenish supplies, and assist with waste handling.

Open interviews: Monday–Friday, 9:00 a.m. – 3:00 p.m.

Qualifications

• Previous housekeeping or janitorial experience preferred.
• Ability to lift up to 25 lbs and stand for extended periods.
• Ability to work independently and follow structured cleaning schedules.
• Dependable, professional, and team-oriented attitude.
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to cleanliness and safety.

Responsibilities

• Clean and disinfect resident rooms, bathrooms, dining areas, and common spaces daily.
• Follow all infection prevention and control protocols in accordance with facility and regulatory standards.
• Replenish supplies including soap, paper products, and cleaning materials.
• Properly handle, transport, and dispose of waste and soiled materials.
• Report maintenance or safety concerns promptly.
• Collaborate with nursing and maintenance teams to ensure resident satisfaction.
• Maintain cleaning equipment and ensure it is in safe working condition.
