Prominence Hospitality Group invites you to join our team as a Housekeeper at Fairfield Inn & Suites in Valparaiso, IN. You’ll ensure guest rooms are spotless, beds made, bathrooms cleaned, and supplies replenished, delivering a welcoming, home-away-from-home experience for every guest.

Qualifications

• Strong attention to detail and clear, effective communication skills.
• Positive attitude with the ability to remain calm and professional in high-pressure situations, including managing conflict and guest concerns.
• Ability to evaluate and select among alternative courses of action quickly and accurately.
• Excellent multitasking and time management skills to ensure rooms meet brand standards.

Responsibilities

• Guest Room Excellence: Clean guest rooms as assigned, including making beds, cleaning bathrooms, dusting, vacuuming, and replenishing bed linens, towels, and amenities.
• Turn Down Service: Provide additional room refreshment and turn-down service as needed.
• Guest Service: Respond to special guest requests in a timely, friendly, and efficient manner.
• Team Collaboration: Participate in team meetings with other staff members to ensure consistent, high-quality service.
• Positive Energy: Be a team player who brings a fun, energetic spirit to our team as we work hard and have fun together!

Shift: Friday-Monday, 9:00AM start time. (Flexibility Desired)
