Barnes-Jewish West County Hospital is seeking a Housekeeper for the evening shift to clean patient rooms and public areas, ensuring a safe and welcoming environment. The role requires daily interactions with patients and adherence to hospital cleaning procedures.

This full-time position offers a 4:00 PM to 12:30 AM shift, rotating holidays, and every-other-weekend work. High School diploma or GED is preferred; no prior experience required.

• Keeps equipment clean and functional according to procedure.
• Notifies supervisor or manager of any equipment, furniture, or building fixtures that are in need of maintenance.

Role Purpose

The Housekeeper is an environmental services worker who is responsible for daily housekeeping services as assigned, using procedures as outlined by the hospital or service organization.
