Christian Hospital and Northwest HealthCare in the St. Louis metro area is seeking a Lead Housekeeper to manage daily housekeeping services, uphold a clean and safe environment, and step in as supervisor when needed.
The position features an evening shift (3PM-11:30 PM) and full-time hours with daily pay option and a strong benefits package through BJC HealthCare. You will oversee cleaning routines in inpatient and public areas and lead a small team to ensure patient comfort and safety.

Northwest HealthCare, six miles west of Christian, offers 24- hour emergency care, the Sleep Disorders Center and a variety of outpatient diagnostic and imaging services.
Our Housekeeping Department consists of Housekeepers professionally trained to take exceptional care of people by ensuring a clean and safe environment. The Housekeeping Department procedures are the 8¿step cleaning process. They are as follows; High dusting, empty trash, sanitize, spot clean, clean bathroom, dust mop floor, inspect room, damp mop floor.
Responsible for daily housekeeping services as assigned, using procedures as outlined by the hospital or service organization. During the absence of the supervisor, assumes those responsibilities in addition to regular assignments.
