Primary Duties:

• Perform routine guest room cleaning and public area maintenance, meeting labor standards.
• Assist guests with amenities and services to enhance their experience.
• Assist with laundry and communicate maintenance needs.
• Follow emergency procedures and ensure security.
• Perform other duties as assigned.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Previous housekeeping experience, preferably in hospitality.
• Effective communication skills.
• Proactive problem-solving abilities.

Physical Requirements:

• Climb stairs and ladders as needed.
• Perform tasks involving kneeling, squatting, standing, sitting, bending, and twisting.
• Lift, push, or pull up to 20 lbs regularly, and occasionally up to 50 lbs.
