Essential Functions

• Maintain the interior and exterior of areas such as offices, the clubhouse, models, vacant units, laundry rooms, and other common areas. Assist with groundskeeping and vacuuming as needed.
• Clean all aspects of vacant units, including appliances, bathrooms, and glass, ensuring units are move-in ready (excluding steam cleaning).
• Tidy vacant units that have been ready for over a week by dusting, vacuuming, and refreshing.
• Maintain cleaning supplies and equipment, requesting reordering when necessary, and ensure proper use of all supplies.
