Job summary

Solitude Mountain Resort is seeking a dedicated Room Attendant to maintain the cleanliness and comfort of guest condominiums. You will thoroughly clean spaces, restock amenities, and report any issues while upholding exceptional hospitality standards in a stunning mountain setting.

This seasonal role offers the opportunity to be part of the Solitude Mountain Resort team, with emphasis on guest satisfaction, reliability, and attention to detail.

Qualifications

• Demonstrated understanding of customer service principles aligned with Solitude's standards.
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team.
• Strong communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
• Physically capable of standing for extended periods and lifting up to 30 lbs.

Responsibilities

• Clean assigned guest rooms thoroughly, including kitchens, bathrooms, windows, floors, and furniture
• Remove used linens, trash, and any items left behind by guests
• Restock rooms with required amenities and ensure housekeeping carts and closets are properly supplied
• Respond promptly and professionally to guest requests and concerns
• Report any damages, missing items, or suspicious activity to management
• Turn in all lost and found items to the manager immediately
• Ensure all assigned tasks are completed before the end of each shift
• Perform additional duties as assigned to support lodging operations.

In this role, you will be responsible for maintaining the cleanliness and comfort of guests by thoroughly cleaning assigned condominiums, restocking amenities, and ensuring all areas meet our high standards of cleanliness. You will also be expected to promptly report any damage, missing items, or suspicious activity, while consistently upholding the resort's commitment to excellence in hospitality and guest satisfaction. Job Requirements

• Previous housekeeping or experience preferred
