Responsibilities

• Respond promptly and professionally to guest requests and concerns.
• Report damages, missing items, or suspicious activity to management.
• Turn in lost and found items to the manager.
• Ensure all tasks are completed before the end of each shift.
• Perform additional duties to support lodging operations.
