Base pay range

$17.00/hr - $19.55/hr

In the Housekeeper role, you will maintain the Community interior, including residents’ apartments, in a clean and sanitary manner, with courteous and friendly service.

• Housekeeping Responsibilities:
• Perform general housekeeping for the community and individual apartments, including vacuuming, dusting, cleaning entryways, common areas, dining rooms, hallways, patios, and apartments.
• Clean and defrost refrigerators, check heat system filters, change linens, and ensure linen supplies.
• Deep clean apartments as needed, focusing on carpets, plants, pictures, railings, windows, and light fixtures.
• Launder linens in provided facilities.
• Follow sanitation and safety procedures.

Server Responsibilities:

• Greet residents and guests, serve beverages, cereals, soups, and salads.
• Review menu, take orders, serve meals and desserts.
• Assist with storage of perishable items and deliver trays if needed.
• Clear and reset tables, vacuum carpets, and perform side work.

May perform other duties as assigned.
