Cascade Living Group is seeking a dedicated Housekeeper for Cascades of Sugarland Ridge, an assisted living and memory care community. You will clean resident apartments and common areas, support laundry duties, and help maintain a safe, inviting environment for residents and guests.

This role requires reliability, compassion for seniors, and the ability to work evenings and weekends. Experience in hotels or senior living is valued, with competitive wages and benefits offered by Cascade Living

Qualifications

• Experience in high-end senior living or hotels is preferred.
• Ability to interact professionally with residents and guests.
• Must be reliable and on-time with dependable transportation.
• Mobility to move around building and assist residents as needed.
• Able to work independently and as part of a team.
• Demonstrates good judgment and problem-solving skills.

Responsibilities

• Clean and sanitize assigned resident apartments and common areas daily.
• Assist with laundry and distribution of linens and towels.
• Maintain an organized cleaning cart and manage time efficiently.
• Work with others to support residents and community safety.

Job description

Cascades of Sugarland Ridge - As a Housekeeper with Cascades of Sugarland Ridge, you’ll interact and engage with residents while in their apartments and throughout the community. You play a key role in creating a well-maintained atmosphere of dignity and respect for our residents and guests by ensuring apartments and common areas are clean, safe, and inviting.

What we look for in a Housekeeper:

• Preferred experience at hotels, country clubs or other similar high-end senior living communities
• Desire to work with seniors
• Compassionate individuals who will represent our community in a positive and professional manner
• Reliable transportation and dependable when it comes to showing up on time
• Sufficient mobility and strength to move freely through the building and to assist transfer or otherwise move residents of facility
• Ability to work independently and as a contributing team member
• Ownership attitude who is able to stay focused despite interruptions throughout the day
• Demonstrate good judgment, problem solving and decision-making skills
• Ability to detect odors and see spots and spills
• Ability to work flexible hours to include evenings and weekends

What you can expect to do as a Housekeeper:

• Manage multiple priorities simultaneously
• Make a significant contribution to the quality of life our residents by maintaining the highest possible quality and consistency
• Cleans (dust, dry mop, wet mop, sanitize, scrub) assigned resident apartments and common areas daily
• Washes and folds laundry, distributes clean linens and towels and maintains a stocked cleaning cart
• Demonstrate organizational skills around time management
• Actively participates as a member of a team and committed to working toward team goals
• Promote the mission, values and beliefs of Cascade Living

$14.00 - $16.00/hour
*Depending on Experience
