You will perform daily cleaning duties, including apartments, common areas, and outdoor spaces, while adhering to infection control standards and safety guidelines. The role requires patience, reliability, and flexible scheduling, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent is required.
• Ability to read, write, and communicate effectively in English.
• Knowledge of cleaning products, equipment, and chemical safety.
• Must lift up to 40 pounds routinely.
• Experience in housekeeping or custodial work preferred in senior living or healthcare.
• Familiarity with OSHA cleaning guidelines and infection control procedures.
• Flexible to evenings, weekends, and holidays.

Responsibilities

• Cleaning and sanitation of resident apartments and common areas.
• Dusting, vacuuming, mopping, and sanitizing surfaces.
• Clean carpets and hard floors per schedule.
• Empty trash in apartments, offices, and common spaces.

Key Responsibilities

• Cleaning & Sanitation
• Clean resident apartments, including bathrooms, kitchens, and living spaces.
• Dust, vacuum, mop, and sanitize common areas, offices, and entryways.
• Clean carpets and hard-surface floors according to schedule.
• Empty trash from apartments, bathrooms, offices, and common spaces.
• Clean patios, courtyards, sidewalks, ashtrays, and entryways to maintain a neat appearance.
• Disinfect frequently touched surfaces in compliance with infection control standards.
• Follow established daily, weekly, and monthly cleaning schedules for all areas of the community.
• Environmental Maintenance Support
• Maintain cleanliness of courtyard furniture and outdoor community spaces.

Qualifications & Skills
