Compass Senior Living is seeking a dedicated Housekeeper to help create vibrant, safe living spaces for residents. You will clean apartments and common areas, follow schedules, and maintain high sanitation standards while delivering compassionate service.

Ideal candidates bring kindness, teamwork, and strong English communication; you will work with care teams to support daily operations, report hazards, and uphold infection control and safety procedures in a respectful senior living environment.

Responsibilities

• Provide excellent customer service to internal and external customers.
• Provide cleaning services inside residents' apartments and common areas.
• Follow a cleaning schedule and instructions.
• Adhere to procedures regarding infection control, food-borne illness prevention, harmful chemical handling, fire, safety, and sanitation.
• Submit maintenance work orders to the Maintenance Director.
• Report any unsafe/hazardous conditions within the community.

What You’ll Do

The Housekeeper maintains assigned areas in a clean, sanitary, safe, orderly, and attractive manner per established procedures and as directed by the supervisor; ensures that the highest degree of cleanliness and sanitation is always maintained.

As a Housekeeper, you can expect a range of responsibilities and tasks. Here are some general expectations:

• You will provide excellent customer service to internal and external customers.
• You will provide cleaning services inside residents' apartments and common areas.
• You will follow a cleaning schedule and instructions.
• You will adhere to procedures regarding infection control, food-borne illness prevention, harmful chemical handling, fire, safety, and sanitation.
• You will submit maintenance work orders to the Maintenance Director.
• You will report any unsafe/hazardous conditions within the community.

• You will be able to pass a criminal background check.
