Kromer Investments, Inc is seeking a reliable Housekeeper for our apartment community. You will maintain cleanliness and appearance of the property''s common areas to ensure a clean, safe, and welcoming environment for residents and visitors.

Responsibilities include cleaning hallways, elevators, laundry rooms, fitness center, clubhouse, leasing office and restrooms; sweeping, mopping, vacuuming, dusting and sanitizing; restocking supplies; and reporting maintenance or safety concerns to

• Prior housekeeping or janitorial experience is preferred but not required.
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to cleanliness.
• Dependable, punctual, and able to work independently.
• Physical tasks required: walking, bending, lifting up to 30 pounds, standing for long periods.

Responsibilities

• Follow company safety procedures while using cleaning equipment and chemicals.
